Effective January 1, 2025, the FBI will be reducing the fees charged for fingerprint-based Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) checks by $1.25. This fee decrease will impact all fingerprint-based background checks that receive responses from the FBI’s criminal history database.

Follow these steps to access your billing account

Complete user registration
Verify registration by email
Have your account administrator add you to your billing account and assign you permissions (Optional)
If your billing account doesn’t have an admin yet, contact DOJ at cibrecordcheck@doj.state.wi.us (Optional)
